We will present information if you have a security alarm system in your business, commercial facility industrial building or home with security alarm monitoring, or if you have fire alarm monitoring or sprinkler system monitoring to CAN/ULC-S561. Today we will look at Alarm Response Policies in the Niagara Region with Niagara Falls:
Security Alarm System Response Policy from Niagara Regional Police:
Registration Required: Yes – No Fee
Fee Per False Alarm: $50.00 (Invoiced to FMC, subject to administrative fees)
Niagara Region does not suspend accounts for multiple false alarms.
Fire Alarm Response Policy for the Niagara Falls Fire Department:
First Two False Alarms: $0.00
Third False Alarm (within a twelve month period of first alarm): $300.00
Fourth False Alarm (within a twelve month period of first alarm): $400.00
Fifth & Subsequent False Alarms (within a twelve month period of first alarm): $500.00
